• Upfront payment is required to confirm your booking. I will personally send you a Yoco payment link upon booking your treatment. By confirming your booking, you are accepting to honour the cancellation/no-show policy as well as the general terms and conditions. If upfront payment is not received up to 24 hours before your booking, the booking will automatically be cancelled. 

• CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:  Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend your treatment. Failing to do so, you therefore accept the responsibility of settling the account in full. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. I understand that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on these occasions.

• Treatments will only be conducted if the treatment is deemed safe for the client to receive. Immediate termination of the session will ensue if the client engages in illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behaviour. If the session is terminated due to the client's inappropriate behaviour, the client is responsible for payment in full and their credit charge will be processed.

• If you are late for your appointment, you will receive only the amount remaining of your scheduled appointment. The massage therapist has the right to charge the client in full for said services.

• Christie's  Wellness Room has a no refund policy on services already paid for, completed services and for bespoke aromatherapy products. If I am ill on the day of your treatment that has already been pre-paid for, the treatment is to be rescheduled.
