Upfront payment is required within 24 hours of the time of your booking to confirm your appointment. I will personally send you a Yoco payment link and banking details upon booking your treatment. If upfront payment is not received within 24 hours of booking your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and the appointment slot will reopen.
By confirming your appointment, you are accepting to honour the cancellation/no-show policy as well as the general terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of cancellation of your appointment, your pre-payment will not be refunded. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service. I understand that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on these occasions.
Treatments will only be conducted if the treatment is deemed safe for the client to receive. Immediate termination of the session will ensue if the client engages in illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and/or other inappropriate behaviour. If the session is terminated due to the client's inappropriate behaviour, the client is responsible for payment in full.
If you are late for your appointment, you will receive only the amount remaining of your scheduled appointment. The massage therapist has the right to charge the client in full for said services.
Christie's Wellness Room has a no refund policy on pre-paid services, completed services and for bespoke aromatherapy products. If I am ill on the day of your treatment that has already been pre-paid for, the treatment is to be rescheduled.
